2) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship domestic orders only. Shipping availability is shown at checkout. If your address cannot be serviced, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing the order.

3) Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees added at checkout.

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout when available. Delivery times can vary due to:

  • carrier delays or operational disruptions
  • weather conditions
  • high-volume periods
  • remote area delivery limitations

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

5) Order Tracking

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by:

  • unclaimed packages returned to sender

7) Split Shipments

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure efficient delivery. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

8) Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.

9) Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items:

  2. Check with household members or neighbors and any safe-drop location.
