Crossmember, 700R4/4L60/4L60E Transmission, 1978-87 G-Body. Our transmission crossmembers are precisely manufactured in the USA using only top-quality materials. These are available for a variety of transmission applications since the crossmembers utilize 2” x 2” mild steel tubing, 1/2” plate for dual exhaust humps, 3/16” plate for end mounts as well as Grade 8 hardware. Each crossmember is painted a gray Hammertone color and also features detailed instructions for a painless installation. Fits 1982 Buick Grand National, 1984–1987 Buick Grand National, 1978–1987 Buick Regal, 1983–1987 Buick T-Type, 1978–1987 Chevrolet El Camino, 1978–1983 Chevrolet Malibu, 1978–1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, 1978–1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass, plus two other classic GM models.
